How I got started

Hey toasty here telling you a little about myself, freshman year of high school there was only one elective I knew I wanted to take... Music technology, at first the class started with a program called "Home Studio 2" this program was the basic of all basic music programs. The program was from the early 90's. According to Chip Boaz our Music Tech teacher this was to jump start our "musical minds" at first i was fine with the program to i realized you cant make anything good in it just a couple default midi noises that hurt your head. Then something beautiful came into my life... It is called Reason (If you want to learn a little about it: http://www.propellerheads.se/products/reason/ ) and so started my music creating at first it was simple drum beats with simple melodys, finally I realised something to make good music i had sit down and think not just mindlessly press buttons until something sounded good. Soon my music became a little better until a project was presented to us, make a whole 30 minut album with using only music genre. I thought i should experiment and I chose video game music and ever sice my music had meaning for unfortunatley part of my life is based around gaming. So ever since ive been inspired by video game music and music in general.

Have Fun!
